Do you travel anywhere in Sydney?

Yes: We will set up in parks or your home. If you are outside a 20 km radius from the CBD, we may charge a small travel fee

Can I bring my own food?

Yes

Can OMP connect you with Caterer’s?

Yes

What is the duration of the Picnic?

3 hours. If you leave earlier please let us know

What if I break or damage an item?

We will agree the inventory list when you arrive and review together at the end of the picnic. If you damage an item, we require payment at our cost price – create inventory list.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 10 days prior to event, we will provide a full refund. If you cancel 5 days or less, we will provide a 60% refund. If you cancel within 48 hours, payment in due in full. If it rains we can transition your picnic indoors or reschedule to an alternate date

Payment Terms

A deposit of 30% is required 14 days before your picnic
Payment in full is required 7 days before your picnic
Payment can be made to OMP’s financial institution BSB xxx xxx , Account No xxx xxx or via our Secure Online Payment Gateway
